A low yielding vineyard on the terraces in Irouleguy, nr Biarritz. This super white is like a Chablis Grand Cru. A bright yellow gold colour, honeyed palate that is zingy and tingly fresh, opens out to reveal a powerful structure of intense minerals and fruit. Super very long finish.
