Patrick Javillier makes traditional wines in small batches, and unusually he lets his evolve  in special made plastic puncheons (is that the right word for them - I don't know).  Highly reknowned for his Meursuauts but it is the two straight Bourgogne cuvees - Cuvee Forgets (how could we forget it) and Cuvee Oligocene that offer such consistent approachable value for money white Burgundy.     As with the Meursaults,  dont' serve too chilled or you'll have grapefruit juice - let it get a little warm and the creamy hazelnuts will come out.
