We tried vintages of this wine dating back to 1995 and the overall feel is a wine of great complexity and power that delivers a rich and mineral finish.   The pale colour is not indicative of the intensity of this wine. Golden hues with aniseed notes on the nose. The palate is quite full with tropical fruit mainly pineapple but the most surprising is the bracing acidity that lifts the wine to provide elegance and roundness that seems to refresh your palate in the same time.
