We have followed this estate for about 15 years now and it has proven to be one of the best in terms of quality and value. The De Gras Sauvignon is picked very ripe and is more tropical than herbaceous in character, with refreshing acidity. Drink chilled as an aperitif, or with fish and shellfish, starters and light summer dishes.
