Situated in the Costers del Segre region, 120 km northwest of Barcelona, Castell del Remei has been one of the pioneers of Catalan winemaking for over a century. The estate’s 80 hectares of vineyards combine local varieties, Tempranillo, Garnacha, and Macabeo, with Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. The wines reflect this combination of international and traditional, bringing together bright, modern fruit with the substance and depth of high quality grapes from well tended, mature vineyards.

Gotim Bru, a classy and richly flavoured blend of Tempranillo, Cabernet, Merlot and Garnacha barrique-aged for 10 months, is the estate’s best known wine, complex and spicy yet ripe, accessible and outstanding value.
