| A tiny estate we found this year at Vinisud (the high winefair in the South of France). Initially we were drawn to the wonderful rose but as is often the case the red and in this case the Viognier were superb also. Finding a well made exciting Viognier under £20 is always a tough prospect-too many fat syrupy styles-and that's why this wine is such a joy. A lovely nose, very floral and delicate with a crisp fresh palate and enough weight to make it a serious prospect. A lovely creamy finish too, this is a great find. |
