John Duval in many circles will always be remembered as 'Chief Winemaker' for Penfolds during the mid 1980's-2002  and the man behind the iconic 1990 Penfolds Grange release.  
With his two reds 'Plexus' and 'Entity' firmly under his belt it was time to add a white of the same calibre, and this is it:  A departure to the normal Aussie whites being a blend of Marsanne, Roussanne and Viognier, this has a broad, round beam and a subtle pear, musk and honey notes,  almost gun flint like character of the finish!  Drink with main fish courses.
