| A 20 hectare family estate in Burgenland producing top quality whites and reds run by Englebert Prieler and now his daughter Silvia. The Pinot Blanc is a wine we have stocked for many years and the latest release from the great white vintage of 2009 represents great value for money. Pinot Bianco is grown throughout Italy's northern region of Friuli but is not as widely planted as the ubiquitous Pinot Grigio, yet it comes from the same family of varieties. Here, the ripeness and intensity comes from low yields, organic viticulture and prime positions of the vineyard. Great with new season asparagus. |
