| I'm sure most of our customers will have no experience of Hungarian Bulls Blood, I certainly don't ever recall tasting it but know it was a huge hit in the 1970s . It comes from the best Hungarian region "Eger" and abounds with myths and legends, it was said the the Hungarian army when fighting the turks were fuelled by it. This one made by a huge man and Chef: Heimann Szekszardi has brought it bang up to date and it certainly tastes like a Manly Man's wine, but it's not a brute. This is full blooded, smooth and very natural tasting. A top wine with a certain flavour. 100% Kekfrankos from the Eger region. |
