Francois Collard is one of the most gifted viticulteurs and winemakers in Costières de Nîmes, just south of Avignon, in the Rhône Valley.  He and his wife Anne run this 12 hectare property, named after the 11th Century fire tower which was constructed to prevent invasions from the sea.   Marsanne, Roussanne and Grenache Blanc, vinified entirely in stainless steel.
This blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne and Rousanne combines to give an experience bursting with stone fruits and wonderful minerality leading to a clean cut finish.
