Style Dry Sparkling Red
This is a fully charged, rip roaring red with bubbles, made from the German grape Dornfelder made in the lighter Italian style to be dry and served with savoury meats such as parma or iberico ham. Also goes really well with stilton and mince pies and savoury pastry.
Bolney Wine Estate lies in an unrivalled position near the South Downs, with predominantly south facing sandstone slopes. Specialist red wine producers, and, unique in the UK for this sparkling red which had everyone talking at the Taste Event this year (2011).
