Simply one of the best single vineyard wines made in Italy today. This wine made from the Palazzo della Torre vineyard is getting better with every vintage and provides such pleasure. It's made from a blend of Rondinella & Corvina grapes with a little Syrah and 30% of the grapes are dried (as they are for the grand wine of the region Amarone).  It is deep, ruby red in colour and has intense perfumes of cherry-chocolate on the nose. On the palate the wine has good depth and power.  It is approachable, pleasant and fruity, with a hint of dried grapes from the ‘ripasso’ method.
