One of the best selling wines at Philglas & Swiggot throughout 2009.   The deep aroma is classically Italian - distinctive and original and one of the few Nero d'Avola wines that is medium to light bodied (thanks to the Frapatto in the blend).    This will appeal to all food lovers, as with all great Italian wines, it sits behind the food and acts almost like a condiment in itself.    Customers have reported it goes superbly well with monkfish if given a little chill and of course it will partner anything involving tomatoes, chillies and balsamic.
