| With age Brunellos will become finely textured and mellow like old Rioja. Cellar for 10 years, however, the Pietroso with it's classic proportions, is rich and mouthfilling with tannins now, and is very long and elegant. Complex with quite fine tannin attack which grows with each sip. Lovely and moreish! |
