Terrific wine from a producer only in their third vintage. An amazing white of great thrilling acidity, depth and complexity. Fascinating and you'll want to have another taste of it with friends.

 Tim Aitken (Observer)....best of all, the rich, fennel, vanilla, hazelnut and honey-like 2008 Coume del Mas Folio, a wine with palate-blowing depth, clarity and complexity....  a much better bet than most of the 2008 white Burgundies.
