| Made using the Mendoza and Dijon 95 clones. Concentrated with great flavour, fermented using indigenous wild yeasts (instead of the failsafe innoculation method) a la Burgundy. This has lovely citrus and mineral aromatics with a dry finely textured palate. Dog Point are the latest new dogs on the block - long awaited as the winery was established by all ex-Cloudy Bay staff. |
