Grape  Sauvignon Blanc

Fermented in oak barrrels using wild yeats gives this wine it's tremendous power but also it's subtlety.  Not your usual fruit-driven Malborough sauvignon at all - everything is toned-down, and there's a beautiful hint of smoke and rose petals.   Can't teach an old dog new tricks?  Superb stuff!
